In striving to meet our vision of protecting our communities together, Warwickshire Police places great emphasis on ensuring that we deliver the highest possible standard of service to our communities.
In order to achieve this, we must fully understand the diverse needs of those communities, recognising and responding to them, and so attain their support and consent.
To assist, this excellent handbook has been issued to every member of staff. As well as giving details of the relevant legislation, it also provides clear guidance when dealing with Homophobic, Racist and Domestic Violence Incidents.
When combined with our priority work on reducing crime and protecting the public, it will ensure that our service delivery is effective and efficient and most importantly, meets the diverse needs of our public.
